Stray Kids, Who They Are

Stray Kids is a South Korean Boy Band under JYP Entertainment,  a record label and talent agency in South Korea.

Stray Kids Boy Band was formed after a reality show that took place in 2017. 

When they first started, they were 9 boys, namely Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, I.N., and Woojin. However, Woojon left in 2019 for unknown reasons, leaving 8 boys in the group. 

Bang Chan

Full name – Bang Christopher Chan. 

Bang Chan is the leader of Stray Kids. He is a producer, vocalist, and dancer. He is also the leader of the group. His full name is Bang Christopher Chan. He is a part of 3RACHA, a sub-unit of Stray Kids, together with Han and Changbin.

Lee Know

Full name – Lee Min Ho.

Lee Know is a singer, vocalist, rapper, and dancer. He also used to be a backup dancer for the popular Boyband BTS.

Changbin

Full name – Seo Chang-bin

Changbin is Stray Kids’ main rapper. He is also a lyricist, singer, and music producer. He is a part of 3RACHA, a sub-unit of Stray Kids, together with Han and Bangchan.

Hyunjin

Full name – Hwang Hyun-jin

Hyunjin is Stray Kids’ Main dancer. He is also a rapper, singer-songwriter, and composer. He was also the MC of MBC’s Show, Music Core, from 2019 to 2021.

Han

Full name – Han Jisung

Han is Stray Kids’ rapper and vocalist. His full name is Han Jisung. He is a part of 3RACHA, a sub-unit of Stray Kids, together with Changbin and Bangchan. His English name is Peter Han, and he is also fluent in English.

Felix

Full name – Felix Lee

Felix is the lead rapper for Stray Kids. He was born in Sydney, Australia. He is Stray Kids’ most popular member and is known for his deep voice. He is also the group’s lead dancer. He plays the piano and loves beatboxing. 

Seungmin

Full name – Kim Seung-min

Seungmin is Stray Kids’ Main Vocalist. He is also one of the members with fluent English skills. He used to be an MC on Arirang’s After School Club because of his English fluency.

I.N.

Full name – Yang Jeong-in

I.N. is Stray Kids’ Vocalist. He is the youngest member of the group. He used to be a model before joining JYP. He can also play the piano and sing Trot.

Woojin

Full name – Kim Woo Jin. 

He signed into JYP in 2017 and left in 2019. Although his reasons for leaving were not disclosed, his transition to becoming a solo artist by signing into 10x Entertainment after he left could be a clue. 

While transitioning into being a soloist, he released a mini-album titled The Moment in 2021. He has also sung OSTs for dramas and planned to act in a fantasy drama in 2023.

The Boy Band Group Stray Kids, which consists of 8 members, has sold over 10 million albums, which consists of Korean and Japanese releases of their albums. They also got an award in 2022 for being the 7th best-selling artist. And several awards, such as the Mnet Asian Music Awards’ Best New Male Artist and the Asia Artist Awards’ Rookie of the Year.
